"Dr. Smith - I write this letter to convey my thanks for your company, your professionalism, your staff and the help they all provided our family this past month during my mother-in-law’s illness.
We were referred to you your company by our Hospital nurse, and, along with the call to Hospice, was one of the best calls (under the circumstances) we made. From the moment I called, I was given honest answers to some difficult questions. When Simone cane to assess our situation, he gave us nothing but his professional opinion with heartfelt compassion.
Your company provided a lovely lady – Nadia – to help care for my mother-in-law, Ida. Nadia did not stay with us long, as Ida’s illness took her much quicker than we had anticipated. But while Nadia was here, she was kinda and insightful. It was Nadia who realized Ida’s time was short which allowed is to get our entire family here to say final goodbyes – and that, as the commercial says – was priceless. With all of the commotion that follows a death, we did not have the opportunity to express our gratitude to Nadia; if you could please pass on our appreciation to her, we would greatly appreciate it.
